Developed the secure and scalable backend for GovGenie, a platform connecting users with verified agents for government services such as PAN cards, Tax Filing, licenses, etc. Built RESTful APIs with Node.js, implemented OTP-based 2FA, and integrated facial verification using Python and Aadhaar OCR for robust agent onboarding. Engineered real-time chat and video calling features with Socket.io and ZegoCloud, and managed secure file uploads via Cloudinary.
